The Owensboro Thoroughbreds continued their hot start to the season as they took down the Detroit Hustle 122-104 to start the season at 6-1.
Owensboro held a 64-62 lead at the break before turning up the offense even more in the second half to halt the Hustle.
The Thoroughbreds had eight players in double figures in the game as they were led by Evan Milligan’s 22 points.
Jaiveon Eaves (20), Michael Davenport (16), Corey Wilford (13), Meshack Lufile (13), Donovan Griffith (12), Chuckwama Ogbobo (11) and Darhius Nunn (10) all had big games for the Thoroughbreds.
Owensboro is back at the Sportscenter Sunday when they host the Indy Express as they go for their sixth-straight win.
