After falling in a lot of close matches last season, head coach Jamie Duvall and the Kentucky Wesleyan Women’s Soccer program are looking forward to a successful 2022 campaign.
Despite the loss of former All-American Madisyn Hunt, the Panthers still bring back plenty of talent from last year’s squad. Sisters Natalie Hinchcliffe and Chloe Hinchcliffe (Owensboro, Ky.) combined for 32 points last season, with Chloe’s 22 points coming in at second in the G-MAC.
Bree Owen (Owensboro, Ky.), Ashlyn Payton (Owensboro, Ky.), Shelby Taylor (Owensboro, Ky.), and Madeline Clements (Frankfort, Ky.) all played and started in every game last season.
Goalie Reegan Garrity (Louisville, Ky.) led the conference in saves per game last season, while Elizabeth Collier (Owensboro, Ky.), Meg Patton (Henderson, Ky.), and Maddy McCorkle (Bowling Green, Ky.) will continue to provide solid depth in the midfield.
