Trinity (Whitesville) grabs fifth straight sweep over Butler County

The Lady Raiders won their fifth straight on Monday, sweeping Butler County (25-10, 25-9, 25-12).

Junior Hannah Nash led the way in kills for Trinity (Whitesville) with 13, while sophomore Kenzie McDowell and senior Abby Payne both added four kills each. 

Junior Georgia Howard led the defense with nine digs, while sophomore Caroline Hall and senior Josie Aull combined for nine digs with five and four respectively. Aull also led the way in the setting department, adding 24 assists to lead the team.

The Lady Raider’s fifth straight sweep sits them at 9-3 overall, getting right back to work on Tuesday with a home game against Hancock County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
