Sarah Payne scored 15 points to lead the team’s scoring in Trinity’s 57-31 defeat against Hancock County.
Trinity started off a bit slow in the first quarter as they trailed 17-5 going into the second quarter. The offense picked up going into the next two quarters, but they couldn’t keep up with Hancock and lost 57-31.
Payne’s 15 points led the team in scoring, and she finished with a high FT% after shooting 5 of 6 from the line.
