The cheer community came together at Apollo High School earlier this week to see off Apollo, Daviess County, and Owensboro high schools, along with Burns and College middle schools, as they will send squads to compete in Nationals in Orlando.
The national competition will be held February 8-11. The showcase included performances from local cheer and dance teams as well as cheer teams from guests Caldwell County High School and Trigg County High School.
