2024 Brescia Speed and Strength Summer School to be held in June

Brescia Track and Field/Cross Country Head Coach Sandy Moran will be hosting the 2024 Brescia Speed and Strength Summer School this summer. Training will focus on Olympic lifting, speed development, mobility, muscle hypertrophy and sport-specific strengths. 

Athletes can register for the morning session from 10 a.m. to noon, or the evening session from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. All sessions will take place in Brescia’s Moore Center Monday-Thursday across the following weeks:

  • June 10-13
  • June 17-21
  • June 24-28
  • July 15-18
  • July 22-25

To register and receive more details, email Moran at [email protected]. The first 12 athletes in each session will be accepted. Athletes will be able to sign up for one week, several weeks, or all 6 weeks to allow for flexibility. Prices start at $50 for one week all the way to $200 for the whole 6 weeks.  

Moran is NSCA-CSCS educated and is a certified Olympic weightlifting coach. Under Moran, athletes at Brescia have broken 13 indoor school records and 13 outdoor school records. The top 5 athletes to ever run at Brescia did so this year in the 100m and 200m. Moran guarantees to help athletes get faster, get stronger and to help them reach a new level in their respective sport.
