The Owensboro Times is announcing its 2024 Football All-OT Team, featuring athletes from high schools in our coverage area. We are also announcing the Football Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams Player of the Year finalists, who will all be invited to an awards ceremony where the winner will be announced in May.
