Competing in their first dual meet of the season, Daviess County (197) outlasted Ohio County (127) and Butler County (3).
Daviess County dominated in the relay races, with both the boys and girls sweeping every event. For the girls individual races, Ellie Girten won both the 50 and 100 meter freestyle, while Ryleigh Bevil was first in the 200 IM and 500 freestyle. Alaina Mason was first in the 100 butterfly, Emma Camron won the 100 backstroke, and Grace Bullock dominated in the 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke.
On the boys’ side, Caleb Sosh won the 100 IM and 500 freestyle, and Mack Burton was first in both the 50 and 100 freestyle. Caden Embry won the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke, while Simon Dedaj won the 100 breaststroke.
