Owensboro and Trinity (Whitesville) both won, while Hancock County lost at home.

Tell City 50, Hancock County 41

Carolina Jones finished with a team-high 16 points and dished out four assists as the Lady Hornets fell to Tell City 50-41. Izzy Ross added seven points, and Madyson Higdon scored five points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

Owensboro 60, Warren Central 26

Abby Sapp scored 10 of her game-high 23 points in the first half as the Lady Devils beat Warren Central 60-26. Unique Carter-Swanagan added 15 points, and Olivia Hogg finished with 10 points.

Trinity (Whitesville) 71, Warren East 58

Ry’Lynne Meserve hit five threes to go along with her 17 points, and Preslee Meserve and Sophie Hatfield both finished with 15 points in the Lady Raiders 71-58 win over Warren East. Ella Morris recorded 10 points, and Olivia Starks had nine points.

“I thought the girls worked really well together,” Trinity (Whitesville) Head Coach Emily Hernandez said. We rebounded much better and handled the pressure that they applied.”
