Hancock County beat Apollo, and McLean County held off Owensboro in a pair of 3rd Region games. In other action, Daviess County and Trinity (Whitesville) both won.

Hancock County 56, Apollo 41

Carolina Jones led the way with 24 points as Hancock County beat Apollo 56-41. Ansley House added 18 points, and Jordyn Waltrip recorded five points.

Daviess County 62, South Warren 35

Kennedy Lane hit three threes to go along with her game-high 20 points to power the Lady Panthers past South Warren 62-35. Riley Hayden hit four threes to go along with her 18 points, and Molly Hancock added eight points. This marks Head Coach Natalie Payne’s 131st win with the Lady Panthers, moving her to first all-time in wins in program history.

McLean County 44, Owensboro 39

Anna Miller hit three threes to go along with her game-high 19 points to power the Lady Cougars past Owensboro 44-39. Ella Larkin added 10 points, and Karlee Floyd was third on the team in scoring with nine points.

For the Lady Devils, Unique Carter-Swanagan led the way with 13 points, and Avery Martin hit three threes to go along with her 11 points.

Trinity (Whitesville) 69, Cloverport 8

Preslee Meserve scored 10 her her game-high 18 points in the third quarter as the Lady Raiders beat Cloverport 69-8. Olivia Starks hit a pair of threes to go along with her 11 points, and Sophie Hatfield added eight points.
