Jumping out to a quick 7-0 lead, the Panthers never looked back, beating McLean County 64-28. DeAaron Watkins led the way with 29 points, 13 rebounds, and three blocks, and Davyn Randolph hit a pair of threes to go along with his 12 points.
For the Cougars, Layden Bozarth and Camden Baird both scored six points, Brooks Lynam finished with five points, and Jaelin Groves and Braxton Floyd both added four points.
Central Hardin 68, Owensboro 62
DaMarcus Ganaway scored 13 of his team-high 22 points in the third quarter as Owensboro fell to Central Hardin 68-62. Tre Shemwell scored 12 points, Kade Arnold and Zeke Beehn both scored 10 points, and Jamil Waddy finished with six points.
Breckinridge County 57, Owensboro Catholic 55
Jake Murphy hit three threes to go with his game-high 20 points as the Aces dropped a heartbreaker to Breckinridge County 57-55. Dylan Hagan and Solly Smith both scored 12 points, and Gavin Brasher finished with five points.
