Apollo held off Owensboro Catholic in an important 9th District game, while Owensboro cruised past Breckinridge County 12-2. In other action, Hancock County fell to Meade County.

The E-Gals jumped out to a 2-0 first-inning lead and never looked back, beating Owensboro Catholic 9-4. Arianna Ramirez drove in three runs, Mollie Julian and Tyler Hall combined for three hits and four RBIs, and Hannah Holder went 3-4. Julian threw a complete game, allowing four runs over seven innings, striking out seven.
For the Lady Aces, Abi Murphy and Carley Brey both drove in runs, Addilyn Simmons and Raegan Leach both went 2-4, and Emma Riney went 1-3. Ava Mudd started in the circle, allowing five earned runs over four innings, while Addalynn Mayfield pitched three innings in relief.
Meade County 10, Hancock County 0
The Lady Hornets fell behind 7-0 after the first inning and never fully recovered, falling to Meade County 10-0. Gracie Gaynor started in the circle, allowing four earned runs over 2/3 of an inning, while Ryleigh French pitched in relief.
Owensboro 12, Breckinridge County 2
Railey Scott was nearly unhittable for Owensboro, allowing one earned run over six innings while striking out six to power the Lady Devils past Breckinridge County 12-2. Sydney Stallings and Ayrish Barksdale both drove in a pair of runs, while Hayler Sikes, Ella Hall, and Scott combined for five hits and three RBIs.
