Three vehicles were involved in a collision on US Highway 431 Friday night around 6:30 p.m. resulting in two serious injuries, according to Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
The injured were both in the same passenger that collided with two pick-up trucks. Both were transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital, according to DCSO. The wreck closed the highway for two hours Friday night for about 2 and a half hours.
The collision is currently under investigation by DCSO.

Original Story: US Highway 431 will be shut down due to an accident for at least an hour, potentially 2 hours, Friday night as Daviess County Sheriff’s Department works on it.
Sheriff Barry Smith said the Department is working on some reconstruction starting at the 11000 block of the highway.
