The developer who purchased the building that contained Trisons and Trophy House has scrapped his plans to transform the property into apartments and an entertainment/restaurant venue. The property is now back on the market and listed for $1.35 million.

The property technically is broken down into four parcels — the main building that housed Trisons and All American Advertising Specialties, the smaller structure on the south side that contained Trophy House, a repair shop on the north side, and a 20-space parking lot on the rear of the building.

They collectively total 15,000 square feet of building space, and are together listed for $1.35 million. The property was purchased for $1.06 million in July 2022 by Logan Family Enterprises.

Gavin Logan said in September 2022 he wanted to gut the building and turn it into something “vibrant and exciting.”

However, no progress was ever made on the renovations. Logan could not be reached for comment Thursday.

The property is listed by realtor John Reynolds with RE/MAX Professional Realty Group.

He said because the property is zoned B-2, it could be used for residential, retail, or office settings.

“In my opinion, I think it should stay office space upstairs and retail down. That’s my vision for the least amount of renovation. Upstairs is laid out pretty nice for offices and would just really need some drywall, plaster work, flooring, and bathroom updates,” he said. “Then obviously downstairs, just depending on what type of retail will go in, it would probably be built out for each tenant.”

Reynolds added, “I think it’s a great investment. It’s a great location for downtown. I believe after the other apartments that are scheduled to be built, more retail down there could be a good play.”
