Ben Hawes Golf Course hosted a local match that included Apollo, Owensboro, Catholic, Daviess County and Madisonville- North Hopkins. The Red Devils placed first overall in the match with a score of 155. OHS also had two golfers in the top three individual scorers.
OHS- 155
The Red Devils had Cole Crews and Will Rickard place second and third in individual scores. Crews led OHS shooting for 36 followed by Rickard who shot for 37. Wille Hume shot for 38 and Walker Gaddis shot for 44.
DCHS- 169
The Panthers tied for third with OCHS in the event. The team’s highest score was from Grant Broughton who shot for 38. Lucas Ward shot for 42, Logan Mewes shot for 44 and Bransen Berry shot for 45.
OCHS- 169
The Aces tied for third with DCHS. Luke Estes and Tanner McFadden both shot for 41 to lead the team. Houston Danzer shot 43 and Brady Prusz shot for 44.
AHS- 173
The Eagles placed fifth in the match with Carter Kimmel leading the team with a score of 40. Trevor Cecil and Ethan Clements both shot for 42, and Alex Bowlds shot for 49.
