Impact100 Owensboro is a community of women with a mission of seeking to transform lives in the Greater Owensboro area through high-impact and lifelong giving, and is celebrating its 18th year providing grants to local nonprofit organizations.
Awards will be decided on October 24 when Impact100’s members will come together in person at the RiverPark Center for the organization’s annual meeting. Each finalist will offer a presentation about their organization and related projects. Impact100 members will be able to read about each organization’s project in advance of the annual meeting as well as meet with nonprofits at scheduled site visits.
“Every year, our finalists represent diverse missions under the categories of arts and culture, education, family, health and wellness, and environment and recreation,” said Jodi Krahwinkel, President of Impact100 Owensboro. “Interestingly though, all the 2023 finalists have a common thread. Each is unique to the Greater Owensboro area. Nothing pleases me more than to know that each of these agencies has the opportunity to be transformed with an Impact100 grant.”
