Brody Martin had a standout five-goal performance in Owensboro Catholic’s 7-1 win over Lyon County. The Aces dominated the match, outshooting Lyon 38 shots to five. Martin scored five goals and had an assist to lead the team’s offense. Owen Brey and Sam Brauer scored the other two goals, and Brey along with Luke Pfeifer, Chance Martin and Jeremy Danetz all had one assist each. The Aces are now 6-5 in the season. They take to the field again versus Owensboro at 7 p.m. on September 12.
