• Donte Monzel Washington, 31, of the 1200 block of Bowie Trail was charged Wednesday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl).
• Roger Brown, 60, of the 2500 block of Cravens Avenue was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• A juvenile was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault (police or probation officer) and third-degree assault (school employee or school volunteer).
