The final day of district play finished with Daviess County and Owensboro closing out with wins.
DCHS 8, AHS 0
DCHS capped off their final district match with an 8-0 win against the Eagles.
Cameron Bell led the charge for the Panthers with four goals and an assist. Also on the scoresheet were teammates Sam Glover with a goal and two assists and Palmer Templeton, Jake Johnson and Saw Mu all had one goal each. Gabe Sandefur had two assists in the match.
The Panthers finish undefeated 6-0 in district, and the Eagles finish with a district record of 0-6.
OHS 5, OCHS 1
OHS beat rivals OCHS 5-1. Sang Thang led the scoring with two goals. Also on the scoresheet was Kyle Hardison, Kaden Youngman and Patrick Alexander with one goal each. Peter Saang led the team in assists with three. Denis Juma had an assist as well.
The lone goal for the Aces was scored by Brody Martin from an assist by Luke Pfeifer.
OHS finished district play with a record of 4-2, while OCHS finished 2-4.
