The City of Owensboro intends to submit an application for a U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Pro Housing Pathways to Removing Obstacles grant, and is seeking public feedback on the application.
“This grant application is a significant step toward enhancing housing opportunities and removing barriers to affordable housing within our community,” according to a release from the City.
In preparation for the application submission, the City of Owensboro Community Development Department has posted the application for public review and comment at Owensboro.org.

- Dropping comments off at City Hall – ATTN Abby Shelton

The City of Owensboro will hold a public hearing for comments on October 17 at 3 p.m. in City Hall Commission Chambers, 101 East 4th Street.
