Owensboro’s Space Station, located at 3434 Old Hartford Road, is expanding with an additional 150 units, including climate-controlled options. The facility is gated and has round-the-clock surveillance to ensure a safe experience for customers.

“The addition of climate-controlled units represents a heightened level of care for stored items,” said manager Sarah Hagan. “Whether safeguarding sensitive documents, electronics, or temperature-sensitive possessions, these units maintain a consistent environment, ensuring the longevity of stored items.”

Hagan said Space Station also prioritizes convenience with its drive-up units. All units are located on ground level with wide driveways separating the rows of units, helping offer a seamless loading and unloading process.

The storage facility is situated in close proximity to Burlew Boulevard and Highway 231, a short drive from a handful of various apartment complexes including Old Hartford Hills Apartments, Willowood Apartments, and Keystone Apartments, as well as neighborhoods including Creek Haven, Copper Creek, Cross Creek, Trinity Hills, 4200, Landsdowne, and Brookhill.

Owensboro’s Space Station takes pride in being locally owned, emphasizing a community-oriented approach to self-storage.

“Unlike impersonal corporate entities, clients have the advantage of speaking directly to our Owensboro-based customer service team because that ensures a personalized experience, with knowledgeable staff ready to address your specific needs and provide tailored solutions,” Hagan said.
