• Derek T. Howard, 41, of the 2800 block of Strawbridge Place, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (math).
• Ryan Tyler Tweedy, 38, of Kirksey, Ky., was charged Friday with first-degree strangulation.
• Trenton Farmer, 28, of the 4000 block of Marlboro Drive, was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation.
