The Owensboro Reptile and Exotics Show — offering a safe, hands-on opportunity to see some rare animals — returns this Saturday to the Owensboro National Guard. Guests can meet vendors and learn about reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, birds, small mammals, and other animals.
The show will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the National Guard Armory (3300 Tamarack Road). Admission is $5 per person, with those under 4 admitted free.
“It is going to be a fun-filled show full of thousands of amazing animals, feeders, pet supplies, and many other cool items. Our shows are very family-friendly, so whether you just want to see and learn about all of these incredible animals or are looking for a new addition for your collection, this is the show to be at,” the event page says.
All animals will be in enclosures, but many vendors would allow their animals to be handled under supervision.
