• Zachary D Hughes, 22, from the 1200 block of West 7th Street was charged Wednesday with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid or assistance.
• Larry W Alsup, 35, homeless was charged Wednesday with alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense and possession of synthetic drugs first offense.
• Logan A Dull, 29, from the 100 block of West 18th Street was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree and first offense (cocaine) (enhancement), improper turning, and rear license not illuminated.
