A second vehicle accident with injuries has occurred on the bypass and will cause one lane in each direction to be blocked for approximately 1 hour between Carter Road and Frederica Street, according to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
DCSO and emergency personnel ask drivers to avoid the area.
