This weekend, the GO Junior Golf Series held their most recent tournament, this time in Madisonville. Madisonville’s Henry Chandler (21) and Kenley Faulk (19) won the boys’ and girls’ 8-under division, while Madisonville’s Scott Ralston (26) and Central City’s Ainsley Morris (30) won for the boys and girls 9-10 age division.
In the girls’ 11-12 division, Bowling Green’s Maccauley McElroy (49) beat Clarkson’s Brinley Cox in a one-hole playoff, while Madisonville’s Sawyer Stanley (42) edged out Hawesville’s Isaac Wettstain in their one-hole playoff.
In the six-hole boys and girls 13-15 age group, Henderson’s Evan Dalton (41) and Madisonville’s AJ Ratliff (46) both emerged victorious. Over in the 18-hole division, Henderson Mason Ranes (40) won the boys 13-15 Championship, while Clarkson Ellington Cox (41) won the girls’ 13-15 Championship.
Madisonville’s Reagan Ramsey won the girls 16-18 Championship shooting a 57, while Madisonville’s Jake Witherspoon shot a 35 to beat Owensboro’s Luke Estes by one stroke in the boys 16-18 Championship.
