This weekend, the Little League Baseball season started for the majority of the DC All Stars and Southern All-Stars.

Owensboro Southern LL 10 U All-Stars 12, DC Allstars 0

The Owensboro Southern 10 U All-Stars scored eight runs in the first inning en route to a 12-0 win over DC. Henry E, Myers M, and Levi M combined for four no-hit innings, striking out six and only walking one. Offensively, seven different players had at least two hits, while Myers, Eli D, and Devin H each drove in a pair. For DC, Weston Gaddis had the team’s lone walk.

DC 11U All-Stars 16, Warren County North 2

DC scored seven runs in the bottom of the first and added another eight runs in the second in their 16-2 win over Warren County. Bryce Pedley, Brayden Greenlee, and Luke Howe combined for five hits and seven RBIs, while Kaden Knott went 2-3. Issac Wettstain, Knott, and Pedley combined to allow two runs over four innings, striking out six.

Owensboro Southern LL 11U All-Stars 8, BG East 11U All Stars 2

Owensboro Southern scored two runs in the bottom of the first and never looked back, beating BG East 8-2. Aaron H and Baddon B combined for six innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out 10. Preston finished 1-2 with two RBIs, while David F went 2-3 with three RBIs.

Owensboro Southern LL 12U All-Stars 10, Logan County KY 12U All Stars 0

Owensboro Southern scored three runs in the bottom of the first and never relinquished the lead, cruising to a 10-0 win over Logan County. Israel H and Brady H combined for four perfect innings on the mound, each striking out a pair. Offensively, the team scored 10 runs on eight hits, with Levi H finishing 1-2 with two RBIs.
