Mary Evelyn Wiman had two goals and two assists, and Bailey Brown added two goals and an assist in the Lady Panthers’ 9-0 win over Ohio County. Bella Coombs had a goal and an assist, while Eve Kinison, Caroline Whitaker, Rayleigh Bell, and Emma Schmitt all scored. Maddy Purcell also had an assist.
“Tonight was a great team effort,” Daviess County Head Coach Paige Crisp said. “Everyone contributed and did their part to help us succeed. I love that we had seven different goal scorers because it shows how balanced our attack can be when we play well.”

Allie Marston scored the Lady Aces’ lone goal off an assist by Meredith Traylor in Owensboro Catholic’s 6-1 loss to Greenwood.
“Greenwood is a very fast team and they are great,” Owensboro Catholic Head Coach Meg Patton said. “I’m glad we were able to play a high-intensity team so we can improve for the remainder of our season. I have tremendous faith in the girls, and we are not done yet.”
