- Message from district: Due to winter weather causing unsafe road conditions, DCPS schools will be closed for in person learning on Tuesday, December 2 and this will be DCPS@Home Day #1. Elementary students will check in with their teacher on Google Meet and refer to their pre-printed packets or visit www.dcps.org/athome for your DAY #1 assignments. Middle and high school students will follow the Google Meet schedule provided by their teachers. Assignments for DAY #1 are posted at www.dcps.org/athome.

- Message from the district: Due to winter weather causing unsafe road conditions, Owensboro Public Schools will utilize NTI Day #1 on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

- Message from the school: Due to the weather, GCA will be closed to in-person learning today, Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Please have your student/s complete the “at-home packets” sent home yesterday. The GCA Christmas Program will be rescheduled to Thursday night, December 4th, at 6 p.m.

- Message from the district: McLean County Public Schools will be closed today, Tuesday, December 2, 2025, due to inclement weather. This is not a NTI day. The makeup day for today’s school closing will be February 16, 2026.

- Message from the schools: Owensboro Catholic Schools will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 2 due to inclement weather. This will be an NTI Day (White Day for OCHS). Scrip will be closed, and Central Office will open on a delayed schedule at 9 AM.
- Friday, December 5th, there will be no school. Scrip and Central Office will be closed to allow our school family and friends the opportunity to travel to Lexington and cheer on our football team and coaches.
