The Daviess County girls’ soccer team capped off their weekend with a 3-0 victory over Beech (Tenn.) in the Smoky Mountain Cup in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
Sophie Jagoe, Avery McNeiley and Chloe Hinchcliffe each scored a goal. Jagoe and McNeiley had one assist each, and Emma Patterson had one save in goal.
The Lady Panthers (6-1) split a pair of contests Saturday, falling 6-2 to West Jessamine before beating Bartlett (Tenn.) 3-0.
Against West Jessamine, Chloe Hinchcliffe and Avery McNeiley each scored. Brooklyn Vincent and Meredith Campbell had an assist each. Emma Pratt had two saves in goal.
Steely Walker, Ashlyn Payton and McNeiley each scored against Bartlett. Assists came from Sophie Jagoe and Fuqua. Pratt again had two saves in goal.
