The GO Junior Golf Series held its most recent tournament at Madisonville Country Club yesterday.
In the 3-hole division, Madisonville’s Henry Chandler (15) and Utica’s Piper Deltz (13) won for the boys and girls 8-under age group, while in the 6-hole division, Madisonville’s Jaxson Crook (25) and Bowling Green’s Caroline Mcelroy (31) won for the boys and girls 9-10 age group.
In the 9-hole division, Madisonville’s Scott Ralston (33) and Madisonville’s Scarlett Sharber (57) won for the boys and girls 11-12 age group, while in the 13-15 age group, Beaver Dam’s Elliott Blackburn (47) won the boys competition.
In the 18-hole division, Manitou’s Jaxon Vincent (81) won the 13-15 boys’ championship, while Hoptown’s Ella Perry (87) won the girls’ 13-15 championship. Hanson’s Spencer Munchbach beat fellow Hanson native Treyson Raymer in a playoff to win the boys 16-18 championship, while Clarkson’s Ellington Cox (85) won the girls 16-18 championship.
