• Seth T. Scott, 44, of Beattyville, Ky., was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Aaron Thomas David, 48, of the 3000 block of Lucky Debonair Court, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
