GIRLS
AULL, MORRIS COMBINE FOR 86 IN 2 WINS FOR THS
Josie Aull totaled 44 points and Cassidy Morris added 42 as Trinity picked up a pair of wins on the first day of their own Dental Designs of Owensboro Christmas Classic. The Lady Raiders (4-4) dispatched Cumberland County 62-48 then topped Lyon County 59-52.

Aull hit 10 total 3-pointers and went 12-for-13 from the free throw line. Morris was 16-for-18 at the line and added a pair of 3s. Aull had 22 points in each game, while Morris had 20 against Cumberland County and 22 against Lyon County.

Also scoring in the first game were Morgan Kinsey (13), Allie Graham (3), Hadley Hatfield (2) and Katherine Hibbitt (2). Additional scoring in game two came from Kinsey (9) and Hibbitt (6).


LADY PANTHERS PUSH WIN STREAK TO 5 GAMES
Daviess County (5-1) won their fifth game in a row, rolling past Hancock County 51-39 in the first day of the Dairy Queen/Danny Annis Classic at Ohio County. After a tight battle through three quarters, the Lady Panthers outscored the Lady Hornets 22-12 in the fourth.

Brooklyn Daugherty led DC with 14 points, while Adylan Ayer added 13 and Katie Mewes had 11. Also contributing were Shea Mason (5), Ella Payne (5) and Druree Glenn (3).



BOYS
PANTHERS DROP FIRST GAME OF TOURNAMENT
Daviess County fell to tournament host Webster County 59-44 in their first game of the Fuller Physical Therapy Holiday Classic. The Panthers (4-4) trailed 17-13 after the first quarter, and the Trojans continued to pull away.

Camron Johnson led the scoring effort for DC with 12 points. Also scoring were Joe Humphreys (9), Ryan Thomson (6), Bo Stratton (5), Koki Kato (4), Hunter Gibson (3), Will Barron (3) and Ian Bivens (2).
