The Daviess County Lions Club Fair has been cancelled for 2020, as announced on the event’s Facebook page Tuesday night. The event was scheduled for July 15-18.
The Fair Board voted unanimously to cancel the event, which is expected to return in 2021.

It is with a heavy heart and deep regrets that the Daviess County Lions Fair Board voted unanimously to cancel the 2020 county fair. With so many unknowns at this time from the Covid-19, we feel this would be the best thing to do for our county. When the country is opened back up we don’t know what restrictions will remain.
Thanks to all our advertisers and sponsors and especially our patrons – those of you who come to the fair year after year.
