ROMP officials announced six new acts for the festival lineup, including Grammy winners Sarah Jarosz and Leyla McCalla as well as Grammy nominated Sister Sadie. The musical festival is scheduled for Sept. 15-18.

Texas native Jarosz began singing as a young girl and over time became an accomplished multi-instrumentalist. She went on to win her first two Grammys in 2017 for her album titled ‘Undercurrent’ and single ‘House of Mercy.’

McCalla grew fame as a cellist in the Carolina Chocolate Drops before pursuing her solo career. The New York City-raised performer grabs inspiration from traditional Creole, Cajun, Haitian music and blends the sound with American folk music. To add to her unique sound, her lyrics include French, Haitian Creole and English.

In 2019, music group Sister Sadie was nominated for a Grammy on their sophomore album and made history as the first all-female group to be awarded Vocal Group of the Year at the International Bluegrass Music Association awards show.

Additional acts announced include husband and wife duo Darin & Brooke Aldridge, along with Kentucky Shine and Kings Highway.

The festival still plans for Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers, Robert Earl Keen, The Infamous Stringdusters, Watchhouse (formerly Mandolin Orange), and Dan Tyminski as the headliners. Ticket prices will increase on June 18.
