More big names in bluegrass, including Rhonda Vincent and Dan Tyminski, are coming to Owensboro to perform concerts at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum.

Here’s what’s been announced.

Rhonda Vincent & The Rage: March 25 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are available here. VIP seating is $44, and reserved seating is $38.

From humble beginnings in the tiny town of Greentop, Missouri, Rhonda’s musical heritage traces back five generations. She is a multi-award winner — with a 2017 Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album, an Entertainer of the Year 2001, Song of the Year 2004, and unprecedented seven consecutive Female Vocalist of the Year awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association from 2000–2006.

Darin & Brooke Aldridge with John Cowan: April 23 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are available here. VIP seating is $38, and reserved seating is $34.

Husband-and-wife duo Darin & Brooke Aldridge draw on the traditions of their native North Carolina, the savvy of a young band, and their own dedication to ingenuity to create the most adventurous album of their career with their latest critically acclaimed release Inner Journey.

John Cowan, also known as the Voice of Newgrass, has been singing his heart out for nearly 50 years. Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2020 with New Grass Revival, Cowan and his bandmates Sam Bush, Courtney Johnson, and Curtis Burch, and later Bela Fleck and Pat Flynn, introduced a new generation of music fans to an explosive, experimental and ultimately, eponymous brand of bluegrass.

Dailey & Vincent: May 6 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are available here. Preferred seating is $48, and reserved seating is $40.50

Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent are five-time Grammy award winners individually, three-time Grammy award nominees collectively, four-time DOVE Award Winners, and winners of 35 IBMA Awards altogether (including 3-time IBMA Entertainer of the Year Award winners and 3-Time Vocal Group of the Year Award winners).

Dan Tyminski Band: May 14 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are available here. Preferred seating is $44, and reserved seating is $34.

Throughout his 30+ year career, Dan Tyminski has left his mark in every corner of modern music. Tyminski’s voice famously accompanies George Clooney’s performance of the Stanley Brother’s classic song I’m A Man of Constant Sorrow in the film O, Brother Where Art Thou? His vocal collaboration with Swedish DJ Avicii on the song Hey, Brother was a global smash, having been streamed over 1 billion times to date.

He has also contributed guitar and/or harmony to projects by Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Kenny Chesney, LeAnn Rimes, Aaron Lewis and Rob Thomas, to name a few.

He has been honored with 14 Grammy Awards, was named Male Vocalist of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association 4x and was recognized as 2004’s Male Vocalist of the Year by the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America.
