Nothing Bundt Cakes is adding a location in Owensboro, with the popular dessert bakery listed as “coming soon” on the company’s website.
The bakery will be located in Gateway Commons at 2490 Calumet Trace, Suite 3, directly next to Bath & Body Works in the three-unit building that also houses Orangetheory Fitness.
Interior work at the Nothing Bundt Cakes space appears to be well underway.
Local records confirm the project is moving forward. A building permit issued in February covers the finish-out of Suite 3 for Nothing Bundt Cakes, a project estimated at $389,460 and covering approximately 2,471 square feet. An electrical permit issued shortly after covers the installation of power and lighting for the bakery.
An opening timeline for the Owensboro location has not yet been announced.
