Touch-A-Truck returns to Panther Creek Park this weekend, giving families a chance to climb aboard fire engines, heavy equipment, public safety vehicles, and more during the annual hands-on event.
The 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck is scheduled for Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Panther Creek Park. The event is free and open to the public.
Attendees will be able to climb inside trucks, explore public safety vehicles, and interact with the equipment they see on the roads every day. Organizers said the event is designed to be a fun, family-friendly experience for all ages.
A variety of public safety agencies, utility companies, and community organizations are expected to participate, continuing a tradition that has brought everything from fire trucks and ambulances to cranes, tractors, buses, helicopters, and rescue vehicles to the park in previous years.
Food trucks will also be on site throughout the event.
