All superheroes are invited to the Edge Ice Center Saturday, Oct. 20 for a Superhero skate.
For $6, skaters can open skate from 1 to 4 p.m. and at the end, receive a Superhero certificate and be sworn in as a superhero skater. There will also be games and prizes awarded for costumes.
“The superhero skate is a great opportunity for families and kids to get together and have fun,” said Jessica Weafer, Edge skating instructor. “Who doesn’t love dressing up as a superhero? Add ice skating and you’ve got a winner.”
Weafer also said the Edge offers many themed skating nights, including the upcoming Halloween skate.
“Get dressed up as your favorite superhero and have a family date ice skating,” said Weafer.
