Traffic advisory from the Kentucky Transportation Department
Police are on the scene of a grain spill along KY 144 at the KY 603 intersection in Owensboro.
This is along KY 144/East 4th Street where it meets KY 603 on Owensboro’s east side.
A grain truck has lost part of a load of grain at the intersection spreading loose grain along the roadway. This has created hazardous driving conditions at the site.
Police will remain on site to slow traffic while KYTC personnel attempt to remove the loose grain.
Estimated Duration is 2 hours.
Motorists are asked to avoid this area in the 2200 Block of East 4th Street at Owensboro.
