According to Sgt. Duane Harper of the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, a driver of a Miles Farm Supply grain truck was unable to stop when another grain truck, driven by an Old Lyddane Farms employee, was attempting a left turn into Windy Hollow Restaurant on Highway 81.  The Miles truck rear ended the Old Lyddane Farms grain truck, spilling corn on Highway 81.

There were no injuries and farmers are currently on the scene cleaning up the spilled corn.

Wreckers are on there way, but DCSD expects the road to be closed for a couple of hours.
