Owensboro woman arrested for drugs after search

Kentucky State Police troopers executed a search at a residence in the 2900 block of Legion Park Drive in Owensboro just before 1 a.m. Monday morning. Troopers located a large quantity of processed crystal methamphetamine, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

Jordan L. Payne, 25, of Owensboro was arrested and charged with:

1)      Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense-Methamphetamine

2)      Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug

3)      Possession of Marijuana

4)      Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

5)      (Warrant Service): Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense-Methamphetamine

6)      (Warrant Service): Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 3rd Offence-Drug Unspecified

7)      (Warrant Service): Probation Violation

8)      (Warrant Service): Possession of Marijuana

9)      (Warrant Service): No Operators License

10)  (Warrant Service): No Insurance

11)  (Warrant Service): Failure to or Improper Signal

Payne was taken to the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
