For parents and students looking to find scholarship opportunities, the Daviess County Public Library is hosting a free event from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday with Natalie Abell, scholarship and confidence coach.
Abell is an entrepreneur, scientist, and a recipient of the US-UK Fulbright Postgraduate Student Award, that acquired over $300,000 in scholarships. She was able to complete her undergraduate, graduate, and PhD recipient that graduated with no debt.
“As a scholarship coach, I had already chosen to offer up my knowledge and experience to help others achieve opportunities where they can research, be involved in extracurriculars, take care of their health, study abroad, spend more time with their kids, and excel in their studies without the worries of a part-time job,” Abell said.
This program will focus on all thing’s scholarships; including what kinds of funding are available, where to find them and how to a competitive candidate.”
