The City of Owensboro street department will be repairing the bandings that hold the brick pavers in on 2nd Street from Daviess Street to Frederica Street during the months of January and February. 2nd Street will be closed during the week to make repairs.
Work will begin Monday and last about eight weeks.
Signs alerting drivers to traffic changes and prohibited parking will be posted. Sections of the work area will be closed to through traffic.
