Established by Blake Hayden in 2019, the team has accrued over 165 million dollars in sales and has over 30 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.
With the brand transition, clients will have access to the four-member team that specializes in client service.
With the recent report by the Greater Owensboro REALTOR Association announcing January 2020 as a record month for local real estate, Hayden believes this move comes at the right time for Owensboro.

As a native of Owensboro and fifth-generation Realtor, Hayden has seven years of real estate experience in residential and commercial sales. He has produced over 100 million dollars in volume and been an individual top producer in Owensboro since 2014.
The office is centrally located at Halifax Place where the four-member group will continue to market residential, commercial and land development in the area. The team remains committed to delivering the highest level of service to their clients.
Missie Hayden has over 19 years of experience in residential real estate, including working as a Realtor and New Home Specialist in Tampa, FL and with Thompson Homes.
Joe Daughtery has worked as a Realtor since 2015 and has consistently produced strong sales volume for the group.
Sidney Wilson, also a Realtor, has been part of the Blake Hayden Group since 2018. She assists the group as transaction coordinator and is off to a strong start in sales.
