Consider Board Appointments

— Wesleyan-Shawnee Neighborhood Alliance: Reappoint Stephanie Clary to a two-year term effective March 15, 2020

— Owensboro Sister Cities and Regions Board: Appoint Elizabeth Griffith to a three-year term effective February 18, 2020

— Consider an ordinance entitled An Ordinance of the Daviess County Fiscal Court and the City of Owensboro, Kentucky, jointly repealing Daviess County Fiscal Court ordinance 860.2 and City of Owensboro ordinances No. 8-98 and 12-2005 in their entirety.
— The City and County entered into a Memorandum of Agreement through Municipal Order 35-2019 to establish the Ambulance Contracting Authority (ACA). Therefore, the former Medical Control Authority (MCA) ordinances are repealed in their entirety.
