The Owensboro Police Department Flex Unit was sent to a residence in the 2100 block of Bluff Avenue about 6:15 p.m. Saturday to serve a warrant.
According to an OPD news release, officers found Antonio Foulks, 34, barricaded himself inside the residence along with four other people when they arrived.
The OPD Emergency Response Team and the Crisis Negotiation Unit were also sent to the scene.
The release said Foulks eventually agreed to come out peacefully.
Foulks was arrested and booked into the Daviess County Jail at 8:52 p.m.
He was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice in regards to an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant out of Illinois.
OPD said no one was injured.
