Dear Edwina, Jr. is a musical performed by the young players of Theatre Workshop of Owensboro.
Actors ages 6-18 will present this girl-power experience over two weekends at the Empress Theatre in Owensboro.
Directed by Travis Chaney, the play tells the story of 13-year-old Edwina Spoonapple as she leads neighborhood kids through a series of production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly Advice-A-Palooza. The result is a collection of songs about food, friends and growing up.
Performances are at 7 p.m. March 6, 7, 13 and 14 and 2 p.m. March 8 and 15.
