The Bimbo Bakery Outlet in Owensboro will not be reopening, as announced by the store on its Facebook page Thursday evening.
The company closed its bakery in Owensboro in 2017, but the outlet at 325 East 25th Street remained.
The full post from the outlet’s Facebook page reads as follows:
It is with broken hearts to announce our store will not be reopening. Our bread store has been providing bread and smiles to the community for decades. The people is what made our store great. And we want to thank every person in our community that made this store last for years. We cant say thank you enough. THANK YOU. We will miss you all!
