The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a fatal vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday night in the 7100 block of KY 54. The single-vehicle accident involved only one person who was pronounced dead at the scene.
That area of KY 54 is expected to be fully shut down for the next 30 minutes as DCSO performs accident reconstruction, but should open back up to traffic by 11:30 p.m., according to Deputy Sheriff Lee Blanton.
The investigation is ongoing.
